Bletia digbyana (Lindl.) Rchb. f., Ann. Bot. Syst. 6: 422. 1862.

Bas.: Brassavola digbyana Lindl., Edwards's Bot. Reg. 32: t. 53. 1846.

TYPE: Honduras. Introduced by Mrs. McDonald, and given to Edward St. Vincent Digby, Esq. with whom it flowered at Minterne, in Dorsetshire (holotype, K; illustration of type).
